In April 2026, aged 12, I suffered a serious knee injury that stopped me playing my favourite sport, cricket. While recovering, I spent some time in South Africa, where I was able to witness first-hand the work of a team of conservation experts dehorning rhinos as part of their efforts to protect the animals from the threat of poaching.

As I haven’t been able to play team sports at school for a while, I have decided to combine my love of cricket with raising funds for, and awareness of, wildlife conservation. 11% of the profits from The XI Cricket Clothing, along with 100% of any donations, will be sent to The SORAI Foundation, a charity that funds critical conservation efforts, supports communities living closest to endangered wildlife and invests in the people and systems that can protect these ecosystems.
